Design Brief

Created as a forward-looking intermediary developer base for PivotalExpert.com, we were approached by APERTURE to collaborate and help them design a promotional poster that will (a) Promote the concept of their website, and (b) Breakdown the structural ideas that brought about the concept of this website.

Primarily, on the client’s request, the main focus of the poster had to encapsulate their new business-model-catchphrase “Just Like Dating“, while merging a highly-unlikely scene between geeks and babes at that point-of-time.

Nonetheless, we created a design concept that on one hand, portrays a more visual definition of their business model, which we believed would prove to be a direct yet inquisitive thought that will be planted in the viewership of the poster. While on the other hand, simple and summarised annotates of the technical processes will be added as a significant level of bulk information was given to us to be blended into the design, which was proved very challenging for us as we wanted to have simplicity in the concept.

The client had mentioned that during the inaugural townhall presentation of the project, with compliments of the poster outcome of our design, had indeed helped to pool together a larger crowd than most other competitors and laid a refreshing ground of conversations for the promotion of their project.
