Design Brief

UNO Stat Co. initially came to us with a prospect where they need to help beautify their overall reporting content for their own client’s report for RollingFields & Sons.

Being typical for a purely statistical report, the initial layout was plainly text, numbers and tables, and represented a seemingly mediocre presentation for UNO Stat Co.. Despite being very good at what they do, they were hoping to insert a refreshing layer of ‘art‘ into their trade, and provide a more visually-value-adding feature prior to the presentation of their report to their client.

Provided only with the raw sample data of their reporting, as well as little bits of information of the prior storyline of both companies, it took us some time to recreate a better relationship-story between the two, before we eventually move forward to the design conceptualisation stage of the project.

Subsequently, after working out that our version works out fine with our client, we proceeded to work on implementing a base colour tone of green that would best represent the ‘fresh’ depiction of hay and nature. We then brought together images that could best represent the data that we are portraying, which is live as a farmer and the tools they mainly use for their work.

Lastly, we also included a few key excerpts of quotes and text, to help uplift the visual context of statistical data, and bringing it up to a level that seemed simple to understand and artistic.

We are super glad that the outcome was beyond ideal, and we were kept to date with our client and we were also informed that our booklet of work was still kept by both UNO Stat Co. RollingFields & Sons, where they concluded that it has been one of the best featured works they have had till date! Thanks for the vote in confidence!
