Design Brief

SOFIA was founded by Ms. Sophia Goh, who believes in the vitality great health would bring to individuals, and sought to create a fully-fledged wellness entity whose sole purpose is to deliver that promise to her clients.

Sophia approached us to help her visualize a new brand identity that would help her move her label to the next stage, as she had been working on her products since the inception and felt that her bare text label needed a little improvement before she can beef up productions for the next stage of her business.

On a quest to create products that are close to the raw form of her healthy and nutritional food products, SOFIA is a brand that focuses on the essence of freshness. to give credibility to her products.

Thus, with the key attributes that hold so close to Sophia’s heart, we came up with a design that was purely sketched by hand and digitized on the computer. Remnants of items related to the pre-processing of fresh fruits and food were the primary focus of the sketches.

We had also used multiple-thicknesses of strokes to define the ‘rawness‘ of the design, similar to that of SOFIA’s food products, as well as an encapsulating bold-lined brackets, to portray a sort of professionalism maintained in their work, despite the slight-messiness that is ever-present in the raw processing of food within.
