In this globally-form team of eight Professional Project Managers who are based from 5 different countries across the world, MenOf8 was a new collective that attempts to pool together the global experience and talent resources, to provide more fully-fledged consulting services to their clientele.
We enquired what holds true meaning amongst the group of eight location-apart co-founders, and they all agreed that being trusted individual by many clients from all around the world, had been their most valued asset they have individually yet even made stronger as a group. Wholeheartedly, they all mentioned that it is as a team that their true capabilities will shine thru and it is that trendy partnership branding of MenOf8 that actually re-invites a bigger circle of clients back to re-engage them for their services.
With all the given feedback, we then decided to mainly focusing on building up a design with very thick custom-typefaces that symbolized the boldness of the character that we have seen in these eight unique individuals, as well as a copious amount of straight lines to represent a high sense of professionalism in the cut of work that they produce.
The dumbest mistake is viewing design as something you do at the end of the process to ‘tidy up’ the mess, as opposed to understanding it’s a ‘day one’ issue and part of everything.
