This project was more of a simple side request made by StarringSMU’10, as they had wanted some ‘Official‘ documents that will help to commemorate the event for the attending VVIPs.

Given that we have been designing and curating the entire collection for the StarringSMU’10 brand portfolio, we were able to help reallocate segments of the designs catered for the CarFoam Party sub=branding, to help recreate this new ‘Certificate Of Appreciation‘ for the client’s very niche intended use.

At the end of a season, all good events may usually come to an end. However, for this time, the party has only just got started.

The Ngee Ann Polytechnic Students’ Union sought us out to help design up a follow-up event, to the annual Freshmen Orientation Camps (FOC) series, named Hopnite & Pageantino 0506, which is a mix of a clubbing-style party night and a beauty pageant for the freshly-minted campers of NPSU FOC Camp 0506.

Given this widely saucy theme that is a mix of youth fun, dance madness and a fashion showdown, we planned to come up with a design that is more universally-understood, yet must be able to represent what the event meant immediately.

At the end of the day, the event was over-subscribed and we were notified that everyone was glad that got noticed of the event when they saw the banner that was hung around campus.
