Design Brief

What is a wedding ceremony without a proper wedding invite?

Invites are typically a special memento that individuals would keep beside the memories they would experience on the actual day itself. — It is due to this belief that we want to bring a very unique and different look to the wedding invite that we were tasked to design for Faithfully Yours’ unique Vow Renewal Event in 2010.

Bringing together the different aspects of the love story between the ‘Butterflies‘, ‘Rings‘ and the essence of ‘Love‘ between two individuals in love, we managed to creatively come up with an origami-style design.

This is where (a) The shape of a Butterfly is seen as the card is wide open, (b) The shape of a Heart is seen as the card is half-folded, and (c) The final closing of the card will be interlocked by a simple-cut that symbolizes the connection between two wedding rings.

Different detailed aspects of the event were gradually woven into the design of the card and we were just superbly excited about the results! We were even more overjoyed that the design will be printed in 8,000 copies for the event! What a sizeable wedding ceremony that is!
